These sessions go beyond theory, inviting you into the visceral, vibrational experience of yourself as a mandala. Through sound, rhythm, and resonance, the body and mind align into sacred geometry. All classes will take place on Zoom and are available on replay so no matter your timezone you can attend. We will go deeper into the interpretation of it and how you can create a personalized yogic practice for someone.  Every Monday Weekly 1 hour Meditation classes where you learn how your personal numbers can be used to understand your own personal energetic field.
